Halloween Costume Party to Benefit the American Red Cross in Support of the September 11th Tragedies

New York, October 18th, 2001 – Timeless Events, a full service event planning and wedding consulting company, in conjunction with event sponsors, present a Halloween Costume Party in support of the September 11th tragedies, benefiting the American Red Cross' Disaster Relief Fund.

The event will be held on October 31st, 2001 from 8:00PM to 12:00AM at Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum at 234 West 42nd Street in New York City, and will feature a full cocktail reception, DJ music and dancing, tarot readings, and a number of door prizes provided by local merchants.

When asked about the event, Venessa Hammerbacher, Owner of Timeless Events and creator of the event, said this: "This was a way for us to help make a difference. On September 10th, this was just going to be a small house party. On September 12th, there was no doubt that we needed to do something to bring people together and try to help in our own small way."

The benefit is funded by Timeless Events and TrinityConsulting with generous support from leading corporate sponsors including: Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, Allure Catering, Vanguarde Media, The Music Box DJ Entertainment, and Sound Attitude of Staten Island.

The event is open to the public. Tickets for the event are $75.00 each, with $50.00 from each ticket sold being donated to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. Staff will be on-hand during the event to accept any additional donations. A presentation ceremony to representatives from the American Red Cross of the donations collected from the event will conclude the evening festivities.

An R.S.V.P. to the event is required and tickets can be purchase either at the door or online.
